Graduate Professional Development Scheme
The Assystem UK Graduate Professional Development Scheme (GPDS) has been established to enable recent graduate level engineers, employed by Assystem to formulate and undertake a structured professional development programme appropriate to their capabilities and requirements.
The Scheme is designed to be of direct benefit to both the Graduate and the company in terms of skill enhancement and career satisfaction. Graduates completing the programme will have met the basic training requirements of the Engineering Council for corporate membership of affiliated institutions. The Scheme is endorsed by the Royal Aeronautical Society and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers as fulfilling their training requirements for full membership which should normally be achieved within two years of completing the GPDS Scheme.
The Scheme is not meant to be a direct extension of the academic training that each Graduate has already received. Instead it is intended to provide a wider application of engineering technology particularly with respect to the Assystem business environment.
Graduates and Undergraduates who wish to be considered for the September 2008 intake should complete the application form and return it to . Graduates who wish to apply for any other career opportunities within Assystem should send a current cv and covering letter also to
