General Management
Our client was a specialist company administering complex insurance/risk management for business for multinational customers. Owned by the world's largest insurance group and operating as the hub of global insurance network, the company sought advice from Assystem on the benefits of a more structured approach to quality during a period of high growth. A quality system was implemented to time and budget, with certification being achieved at first attempt. The system was then developed in a true TQM system in support of the business needs for continual improvement, anticipating the next revision of ISO 9001.
