INBIS Ltd changes its name to Assystem UK Ltd - September 2006

INBIS became part of the Assystem Group of companies in 2005. Over the last 18 months we have proceeded successfully with our full integration into Assystem.

We now feel this is the right time to adopt the group name in the UK to continue to support the development of our business for all stakeholders including staff and customers. We are pleased to announce that INBIS Limited has changed its trading name to Assystem UK Limited.

This change has negligible effect on current trading arrangements as we retain the same legal UK trading company and all arrangements therefore continue unaffected.
